All vehicles must be properly registered in Kenya, have valid insurance, and pass our safety inspection. Vehicles must be no more than 10 years old for standard listings.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund (minus service fee). This is our standard policy for most bookings in Kenya.
Cancel up to 7 days before for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. Applies to special vehicles and peak season.
If a host cancels your booking, you'll receive a full refund and we'll help you find a comparable vehicle at no extra cost.
