2. Eligibility

To use our Services in Kenya, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid Kenyan driver's license
  • Have a good driving record as per Kenyan traffic laws
  • Provide accurate and complete information

3. Vehicle Rentals

All vehicle rentals through CarRento Kenya are subject to:

  • Availability of the requested vehicle
  • Verification of renter's credentials
  • Payment of all applicable fees
  • Compliance with Kenyan traffic laws

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed.

Luxury Vehicle Terms

1. Additional Requirements

Renters of luxury vehicles must meet these additional requirements:

  • Minimum age of 25 years
  • Clean driving record for past 3 years
  • Credit card with sufficient available balance
  • Additional security deposit may be required

2. Special Conditions

Luxury vehicle rentals are subject to:

  • Higher security deposits (minimum KSh 50,000)
  • Mileage restrictions (200km/day standard)
  • Geographical restrictions (no off-road use)
  • Additional insurance requirements

3. Damage Policy

Any damage to luxury vehicles will be assessed by certified professionals and repair costs will be charged to the renter according to Kenyan market rates for luxury vehicle repairs.
